N-Yoga for Schools is a unique combination of Yoga and Mindfulness. Our yogic aasans use Breathing techniques and Movement to help students feel Connected to their innermost self and to one another. When children feel connected, it leads to increased Focus and Relaxation.

We have sessions for children across the Kindergarten to Grade 12 gamut. Sessions are age-relevant and are a customized mix of games and rigorous concentration-based aasans.

N-Yoga's Yoga for Schools can be included into your yearly school curriculum or incorporated as an optional program, which interested students can enroll into.
